The pilot is for property-management companies with a recurring administrative workflow that consumes meaningful employee time and has a manager willing to define success, provide access, and support adoption.

Good signs your workflow is ready

  • The process happens often enough for the team to benefit from a consistent approach.
  • Employees spend meaningful time gathering, checking, rewriting, or organizing information.
  • The inputs, expected output, and review owner can be defined.
  • Representative examples and approved source material are available.
  • A manager is willing to support training and adoption.
  • The work can keep a person responsible for sensitive decisions and communication.

A practical two-to-three-week working process.

The exact schedule reflects your workflow and team availability. Here is the experience at a glance.

01Starting out

Understand the work

We learn how the process works today, review representative examples, and agree on the improvement your team wants to see.

02During the pilot

Build and test

We design the workflow around your existing tools and standards, then test it with realistic scenarios and employee feedback.

03Before handoff

Introduce it to the team

We document the process, train the employees who will use it, support early use, and complete a practical team handoff.

LightWork leads

We guide the work from discovery through handoff.

  • Learn and document the current process
  • Design the workflow around existing tools and standards
  • Test realistic scenarios and refine the experience
  • Prepare instructions and train the team
  • Support early use and summarize the outcome

Your team contributes

You bring the knowledge that makes the workflow useful.

  • One decision-maker and a day-to-day process owner
  • Access to the current process, tools, and approved materials
  • Representative examples of the work
  • Timely feedback, decisions, and approvals
  • Employee participation in testing and training

Your team stays in control of important decisions.

AI can help prepare, organize, or check information. An employee or manager reviews sensitive work before it is approved or used.

Before work begins, we agree on the information the workflow needs, who should have access, and where review and approval happen.

Your team leaves ready to use the new workflow.

We wrap up the pilot with a documented process, clear employee guidance, and training for the people who will use it. Any goals or follow-up needs are discussed directly with your team.

We start with work that benefits from human judgment.

The pilot is designed for one recurring administrative process. High-stakes decisions, payments, emergencies, and unsupervised external communications remain with your team.

One recurring administrative workflow
Employee review before sensitive work is used
Approved information relevant to the process
Any future expansion planned separately

This focused starting point keeps implementation practical for the team and leaves room to plan future improvements thoughtfully.

Continue only if it makes sense.

If your team needs additional help, we can discuss separately scoped support or another workflow. There is no required ongoing commitment.

What teams usually want to know.

Have a workflow-specific question? A fit call is the fastest way to determine whether a pilot makes sense.

What is an AI-assisted workflow?

It is a defined business process in which AI helps prepare, organize, check, or transform information while employees retain the required review and approval responsibilities.

Is this a software subscription?

No. LightWork provides a scoped implementation and adoption service. Existing or separately licensed tools may support the workflow, but access to a tool is not the product you are buying.

What kinds of property-management workflows can LightWork improve?

Good candidates are recurring administrative processes with clear inputs, outputs, review standards, and meaningful employee time. Examples include report preparation, document intake, follow-up preparation, or approved communication drafting.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. The pilot is designed around your existing environment where practical. Any required tool, connector, or process change is discussed and approved during scoping.

Does AI make decisions or send communications automatically?

Not in the initial pilot. Sensitive decisions and external communications require appropriate employee or manager review and approval.

What information will LightWork need?

We need the current process, representative examples, approved source material, quality standards, exceptions, involved tools, roles, and approval requirements. We will define exactly what is needed before collection begins.

How is sensitive business information handled?

Information needs and handling expectations are agreed during scoping. We aim to use only what is necessary for the defined workflow and do not ask prospects to send confidential tenant, owner, employee, financial, or lease information through the initial inquiry.

How long does a pilot take?

A typical pilot is planned for two to three weeks after kickoff, assuming the agreed information, employee access, and approvals are available on schedule.

How is pilot pricing determined?

We discuss pricing after we understand the workflow, the people involved, and the support needed. You receive a clear project plan and investment before implementation begins.

What happens at the end of the pilot?

Your team receives the documented workflow, practical employee guidance, training, and support through the agreed handoff. Any follow-up goals can be discussed directly with your team.

What happens after the pilot?

Your team can continue using the implemented workflow. If additional help would be useful, support or another workflow can be discussed and scoped separately. There is no required ongoing commitment.
